Our shop is for parents and other adults buying clothes for children. We use the information needed to answer your questions, run the website and, when checkout opens, handle your order.

What we receive

If you email us, we receive your email address and the details you choose to share. If you use a shopping bag or place an order when checkout opens, our shop may receive your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, chosen items and order information. Please do not send us payment card details or identity documents by email.

The website and the services that support it may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and pages visited. Essential cookies or browser storage help the site work and remember a shopping bag.

How we use it

We use your information to answer enquiries, manage orders and cancellations, arrange delivery, help with returns, protect the shop and meet legal or accounting requirements. We will ask for the appropriate consent before sending optional marketing messages. You can ask us to stop those messages at any time.

Who helps us

Our website uses Lovable for hosting and Shopify for shop and checkout services. When payments and dispatch are enabled, Razorpay processes payments and Shiprocket and the chosen courier help arrange delivery. These providers receive the information they need for their role and may process it outside India. We do not receive your full payment card details through checkout. Keeping information

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to you, complete an order, resolve a complaint or meet legal recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security.

Your choices

To ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, withdraw consent where it applies, or raise a privacy concern, email hellotinyriot@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before responding. Some records may need to be kept for legal reasons.

Children

We do not ask children to create accounts or share personal information. Parents and guardians should contact us if a child has shared information that needs to be removed.
