Delivery, cancellations and returns
Pre-orders
Our first collection starts dispatching from 1 December 2026. This is the start of dispatch, not a promised delivery date. Delivery timing depends on your address and the courier. We will share tracking when your parcel leaves us. Paid pre-order checkout is not open yet.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel a pre-order before it is dispatched. Email hellotinyriot@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you cancel. Any payment for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need time to show the refund.
If an item arrives damaged
Please email hellotinyriot@gmail.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Keep the item and its packaging while we arrange the next steps. We will help with a return and the appropriate refund or replacement.
Other returns and sizing
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Please ask us for help with sizing before ordering. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items.
Shipping charges
Shipping within India is ₹99 per order. The charge will be shown before payment once checkout opens.
